Slack Wax

Slack Wax is a petrochemical product consisting of a mixture of oil and wax, derived from lubricating oil through a process of cooling distillation and filtration. Characterized by a smooth, oily feel, it remains stable under normal temperature and pressure.

Our Slack Wax meets food-grade standards, ensuring high quality and safety.
Non-toxic and certified, it does not alter the taste or quality of food products.

Light Machine Oil - Grade
Specific Gravity 0.860 – 0.880
Oil Content Max 35%
Melting Point 40 – 50 °C
A mid-tier grade with a higher oil tolerance, offering a balance between fluidity and structural wax content.

Primarily used as a low-cost, flexible raw material for: matches, candles, shoe polishes, rubber processing, and as a light industrial lubricant.
SPO
Semi Processed Oil - Grade
Specific Gravity 0.770 – 0.830
Oil Content Max 28%
Melting Point 47 – 53 °C
The lightest grade, appearing as a yellowish-white waxy solid at ambient temperature (though it has the lowest viscosity when melted).

Commonly used in cosmetic bases (cold creams, lipsticks), hot-melt adhesives, textile softening, carbon paper sizing, and as a food-grade coating for rice wrapping paper.
DAO
Distillate Aromatic Oil - Grade
Specific Gravity 0.825 – 0.875
Oil Content Max 20%
Melting Point 69 – 74 °C
The heaviest and most viscous grade, characterized by a darker color (Max L5.0) and the highest melting point in the group.

Essentially the raw material for microcrystalline wax, it is used for heavy-duty industrial greases, asphalt blending, and moisture-proofing for heavy construction materials.
